I am a single mother and received a random letter stating they are taking me to court for a $175 bill from January 2016. When i was covered by medicaid and Blue cross. The company failed to get my medicaid information from the hospital but did get my blue cross information. So after 4 years they are telling me I have to pay them for their mess up. I never received a phone call or letter until now and if i would have known about this 4 YEARS AGO i would have gladly handled the situation because i have no reason not too. I have called SEI to try and dispute this. i spoke with CHRISTI 2 times, she was so rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager and she passed the phone to someone sitting next to her who had absolutely no intentions of helping me dispute the situation. I wish business owners paid more attention to the people they are leaving in charge of their companies because the level of disrespect is unreal. My job requires me to work with insurance companies, I personally work with clients and payment disputes so to speak to me like I am stupid and like i dont know what I am talking about is the most frustrating thing I have ever had to deal with. It is very obvious I am upset because this review is extremely long and detailed. I hope the owner of the company is able to read this and deal with the women in his Pocatello office.
