Do not do business with Michael Harvey or Richard M Harvey, Pavecore as he does not pay his bills. He responded quickly to texts, emails, phone calls no problem when the job was going on, but now will not respond to anything knowing he owes money. He is ignoring all attempts to pay his invoices and obviously very crooked. He has operated under many different business names over the years according to sunbiz. Obviously a con artist and crook.

Michael Harvey, owner of Pavecore, does not pay his bills. I own a small Sitework Takeoff company and Michael asked me to do 2 estimates for him. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails while working on the estimate, but has not answered any of my attempts to collect what he owes for the 2 estimates. Every review I've read about him says he does not pay his bills, and it is true. Hopefully this review will help save time and money for another sitework takeoff company.
