In my opinion, Yvette Hazel of Hazel Construction is dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and manipulative. I wish someone had warned me about her and others associated with Hazel Construction - don't walk, run in the other direction. After I paid her 2 out of 3 payments, somehow she didn't have money to even pay the plumber for the bathroom remodel (only one of multiple subcontractors not paid). I've asked her many times what she did with all the money I've paid her. Because in my opinion, she didn't spend it on my project. Imagine demanding final payment before installing the actual shower enclosure in one of the bathrooms, because she claims she's completed 98% of the project. The shower enclosure is literally sitting in a huge box in the hallway. Very slow throughout this whole nightmare to do the job they were hired to do, but Yvette Hazel and Mario Oliver have been very quick and suddenly able to follow a schedule when it comes to putting a lien on my property. In my opinion, you would be making a decision you will regret by hiring Hazel Construction. I know I regret it everyday. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
