PZ Heating And Cooling Pablozagada In Siler City sent his brother out to see why our air conditioner wasn't cooling and was freezing up. When he arrived he said it was low on Freon and told us it held 4 pounds and promptly charged us $400.00 The next morning the AC wasn't cooling again so PZ's brother came back out and said it leaked out! Seems to me that any professional AC man would have located the leak to start with! He said the unit inside the house where the air filters go would have to be replaced and quoted $1800.00 We had to wait 4 days for the part to come in. They installed it, got paid and left. The unit started making a rattling sound so I called him, he said his brother would be out that day to check it out. Three calls, two text and three days later they still haven't shown. My wife called him again today and was told they will come tomorrow. Hire PZ Heating And Cooling at your own risk! Very Unprofessional - We are very unhappy with their service - Jimmy H
