The dirt, oil, and spills are suspended into solution via pretreatment, they are extracted from the carpet by the high flow vacuum system and deposited into a recovery tank within van. There are many reasons for the reputation of my machine but one of the biggest features that sets it apart is that the water we use to clean your carpet is heated by kerosene. Most average truck mounts use the engines exhaust to heat the water. The problem with that method is that it produces inconsistent temperatures. So one area of the carpet may be cleaned at 200 degrees while another may be cleaned at 150 degrees. Kerosene heated water system can produce consistent temperatures from 100 degrees all the way up to 280 degrees. This is important because some materials like cotton and wool are sensitive to high temperatures. While hard surfaces like tile are best cleaned with extremely hot water.
