The absolute worst experience ever. Started purchase of jeep gladiator on November 4 2021, was and as far as I am concerned still am in contract and was supposed to take delivery December 14, 2021 after many delays and mistakes made in paperwork. Vehicle never showed up they cancelled my deal without my consent and started a new deal while selling my gladiator to another customer even though they(vroom.com) made all of the mistakes, absolutely no accountability with this company. It is now February 22, 2022 and I still have yet to receive the vehicle that I purchased, I have made two deposits of $249, and a down payment for $1,750, for a total of $2,248, this amount has been in the process of refund and I should receive a check from fed ex overnight delivery very soon.......... I have been told this by 30 different people starting on December 16 2021. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! They have sold my vehicle ( one I was going to buy) to other customers 5 separate times due to mistakes and negligence on crooks part. I can no longer get approved for financing because they submitted 15 separate times all with inconsistent information, and they refuse to contact the bank to own up to their screw ups. I lost a very high paying job due to not receiving my new vehicle, and cannot get a job now because my vehicle has been put into repossession status because vroom cannot seem to get their s#!+ straight. I would walk 10000 miles before I would ever accept a vehicle from these losers!!! Give me back my money or deliver my vehicle that I bought from you!!! This makes no sense whatsoever!!!!!
