Neil is a money collector, NOT a service provider. He said he knew Russound, and he did, but said there were two products that would work and that's what he sold us. very expensive Yamaha products that he had at his house and car. He said he would help us whenever we needed it, told a bunch of stories about his wife loving Music Cast, and how he has it, but Neil never cared to listen to our concerns and truly help us with our needs. He's more of a story teller than a listener and manipulated things to sell you expensive products you don't truly need. The project he drilled a hole In My console for is still not done months later. He refuses to answer our calls because he "has government contracts that are now taking up his time and he's too busy." He's loud and rude and puts his feet on our table, he loves to tell stories and personally that's not how you build relationships or provide service to those who are paying you. I've asked him to respond and to help but he refuses to respond. It was hard enough to find someone who knew Russound but he took advantage of that and sold us expensive equipment that we didn't truly need and got upset when he quoted us $13k for basement speakers after the r said we wanted a modest set up. He insisted this is what we needed. He insisted we needed more than what we wanted, sub woofers In our main room under our children's bedrooms, he kept telling us we should get what the previous owners had and replace the speakers we did have. All in all this guy should not be a Russound dealer and if you're looking to throw money away, call Neil. Nothing we bought from him works and no one can help us at this point because what he sold us we are told isn't working because it's not compatible with Russound and Russound has equipment that works in harmony with the system. Which I knew that before spending $4k on items that I don't need and can't get to work. Thanks, Neil. Now I have an unfinished hole in my console that we paid for that won't be getting fixed after spending thousands of dollars on that furniture to fit the Yamaha we didn't need that was too big but we also have now lost $4k for now on listening to this guy sell us like a dirty used car salesman things we don't need.
