Interventional Cardiology Oklahoma Cardiovascular Center (formerly Tulsa Cardiovascular Center of Excellence) is an outpatient cardiology and vascular practice in Tulsa and Owasso, Oklahoma, dedicated to amputation prevention and limb preservation. Our interventional cardiologists, Dr. Matthew Comstock and Dr. John Evans, treat peripheral artery disease, chronic limb-threatening ischemia, diabetic foot ulcers, coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart rhythm disorders, carotid and renal artery disease, dialysis access, and venous disease, with ultrasound in our own lab. Patients seeking a second opinion before amputation are seen the same day if possible or within two business days, based on the patient's availability.
