Rubicon is a small-batch coffee roastery located in Paonia, Colorado. You won't find a fresher bag of coffee in a 50+ mile radius! We offer a wide variety of coffees from all over the world. All of our coffee is sourced responsibly from reputable importers. We host coffee tastings called cuppings from time to time. We always share when we will host a cupping on social media, you can sign-up when they are posted! They fill up quick, so follow us to get in on it!
