Worked with Tony King last week on a deal, and gladly was a success. Although i was a bit skeptical on how quick it was and it's rates but was a good experience.
I am closing on my deal this week with the money i got from Lakeview lending. So much thanks to Anthony King and his company for making that possible. Every investor with their experience and mine wa good.
Business Loans
Please be aware Lakeview Property Group is not a legitimate private lender even though they pose as such. They prey on Real Estate investors. After you pay closing costs they are gone. They ask you to pay more money and they insist you wire it, Zelle or cash app it. Be aware of a man named Anthony King.

Thank you for your review, although your accusation are false and i have all documentation to prove. What we stand for is integrity, transparency and to meet our target in the fastest and best way we should.
Credit to you as well because we spoke last week and also today, so i see no reason on still communicating after this wrong review. Those who've worked with me know how sincere and open i am with my private lending and also sales and purchase of properties.

I think they are okay, fair interest rate, quick with closing and disbursement but strict with their policies. Worked fine for me the last time. Will give them 8/10

I do get it a lot when a deal falls through either from a bad information on rehab, not meeting the demands at closing or asking for more loan capital than the requested or approved loan amount.
