Started our bathroom remodel Oct 2019, promised 3 to 4 weeks to finish, requested payment upfront ($13150). As of Mar 2020, still not done! The owner is Bruce Biggerstaff Jr. Now he wouldn't answer calls/texts at all. Do not hire them!!! If you have to, make sure you do not pay before they finish!
