McSpadden Funeral Home is a family-owned funeral home serving Ellsinore, Missouri and the surrounding Carter County communities from our location on North Cane Avenue. We help families arrange traditional funeral services, graveside services, and cremation, and we work with those who want to plan ahead so their wishes are documented in advance. Funeral arrangements are personal, and no two families want the same thing. Our staff takes the time to listen first. We also assist with obituary notices, veterans' burial benefits, and grief support resources for families after the service.
