Nice guys, but don't know their own limitations. Probably fine for digging holes and dropping in plants. Hired them to pitch us a solution and install for water in the house/run off problems. Guys seemed knowledgeable, installed french drains, (except that their own careless rough handling cost me 5 of my own plants - never replaced nor reimbursed), but their plan totally failed. Water in the house again with next successive big rain. Without a sit down face to face, came over and made changes they felt were suitable. Clear communication with them and follow through on that communication is their biggest deficit. We agreed on a rudimentary swale feature to direct water away from the house in the first place. (I mentioned such a thing on our first meeting, but they were so sure their original plan was an overbuild.) Hard to get them to show back up and finish job. At my first sign of impatience (after another month of "intentions"), Sean indignantly declared ridiculous terms to finish the work. We told him don't even bother coming back, we'd rather do the work ourselves. Wish we would have done that in the first place. Good intentions don't get a job done, and begging a client for months of patience and understanding reaches a point of unprofessional. Don't want a thing from them except to warn o
