It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and my product has not shipped. Customer service is not helpful at all.
I purchased a product 2 weeks ago, and I received an email confirming my order and saying that it would ship in 1-2 business days (product was NOT backordered). 10 days ago I received a message saying orders were delayed and most would ship in 4-6 days. So today I asked when my order would ship, and customer service refused to provide any specifics whatsoever. They said they are "unable to offer exact shipping dates at this time". I'm aware we're in a pandemic but every other company I've ordered from has shipped much more quickly and has been honest and upfront with their shipping delays. So I HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere. Any other company will surely be a better experience. This company is obviously mismanaged and unable to communicate effectively.
