Ordered butter knives which were never delivered as promised. Contacted Joseph who initially got back to me and promised to look into it, but never did. Joseph did not respond to my follow-up email. The phone number listed for Jada is inaccessible as the mailbox is full. Stay away!

Horrible Experience: Placed Mothers Gift order on May 1 2020. Order was cancelled by company on May 15th. Made me look really bad w my daughter as was her mothers day gift. Company voice mail full can't even leave message. Occasionally received vague response from Joseph via email. Not good business practice! now have to order from somewhere else. 1st time my daughter does not receive Mothers Day gift from me. Shame on this company!! if i placed order & item wasn't available, as courtesy i should've been notified ahead of time. Plus it sounds like this is not a company that has inventory. They probably take orders & then order from manufacturer. Best to stick with more known companies. If i could give 0 i would. Gave it 1 star because would not allow me to post review without choosing a rating!
