My home buying experience was terrible with this Realtor. If you want support when purchasing a home pick a different Realtor. He offered no support, he travel On my closing date. Example there was no key at the closing. We waited for hours to get a key. I told him this was my fear before the closing due to all of the mess with the other Realtor. He was aware of The problems and said he would report the other Realtors unethical behavior but he did not ! This guy wrote up the contract Only because the other Realtor was dragging his feet. The deal was made between the Seller and the Buyer all the Realtors has to do was their jobs and neither one of the did. This review is for this Realtor because I hire him and hate that I wasted my time. I still have not moved in the house. This was a true nite mate!
