Horrible customer service. I had Berber carpet installed on March 28. At 530 pm I went back upstairs to put rooms back together and noticed pulls in carpets of both rooms. I emailed and called customer service, sent photographs of pulls, but they still refused to fix them. A customer service representative accused me of not notifying them within 24 hours, but I have the email to prove that I did. This was a brand-new carpet that was never walked on! I had no idea they subcontract the installers for every job. I thought the installers worked for the company. After numerous calls, I decided I would not receive any service on the carpet. I was taken advantage of by the company. I am writing this so other people don't! DO NOT USE NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT if you expect customer service.
