I had a very bad experience with Jeff Dulin. He was building me a 30x40 garage. Things went well at the start of the build Jeff got all the framing done in good time. Once it was time for the finish work, as soon as I paid the second payment Jeff was a no show for over a month! I had a timeline for other aspects of the project so Me being fairly handy and capable, I completed 90% of the finishing work, roofing, siding, interior. Nearly 2.5 months later Jeff showed up to build the mezzanine and mount garage doors. Still waiting on him to side the last end wall. Project started late August and here we are nearly December and it’s still not done. Avoid this contractor, he is very unprofessional and quite lazy. Several days he did not even work full days. I as the homeowner and customer have more hours into this garage project then Jeff does. If you like to pay someone then do all your own work hire Jeff. If you don’t like throwing your money away avoid this guy like the plague.
