We hired Radical Design and Construction/Dwaine Kastner to do Hardie siding , window and door installation on our building. Our building was abused with nails and hammers . The siding needs to be removed , dumped and reinstalled with brand new materials. Windows and door are out of plumb. Dwaine refused to resolve the problem . He breached the contract because he didn't finish the job inside and outside . He breached the warranty because he refused to take care of the problem. We lost the manufacturer lifetime warranty because of his faulty work. When I asked for solution or reimbursement, Dwaine became verbally abusive and called us on names . When I reported him to the Attorney General, he responded very unprofessional way with lies and accusations without any proof. Even he pulled his children into his mess.
