We tried to give Brandy a fair shot at watching our child, but things ended when she took our daughter to our neighbor's house to have them watch her. This was done without our consent or any communication. It was alarming and unprofessional. This was done by Brandy herself, the owner of the business. She was scheduled to watch my child for the morning before school and literally dropped her off at the neighbor's house and left. When I discussed with her how that was unacceptable, she tried to explain that she got a call from another client while babysitting our daughter and decided to drop my daughter off at the neighbor's house so she could leave and babysit for the other client. Completely unprofessional and poor judgement. Later that day, she said via text that communication and community were so important to her, so dropping her off at the neighbor's wasn't a big deal and we should be thankful that she works so hard for her clients. Our lack of "appreciation" led her to quit. There were other unprofessional instances including sleeping while watching our daughter and using my wife's makeup/beauty products. We were in a bit of a tough spot trying to find childcare and put up with some pretty ridiculous things by Brandy. Save yourself the headache.

Unreliable. The first 3 times the sitter was late, the 4th time the sitter called in sick (it happens) the 5th and last time I was told a sitter would be there. I tried multiple times confirming the day before and COULD NOT get a hold of Brandy. Texted (notifications were turned off) emailed 2 different email accounts and attempted calling without success. Day of-no one showed up!! The concept of this business is what I needed but my gosh! Figure out how to communicate better. I won't be using their services again or recommending to others.

We never used her service but the owner had a huge attitude towards me. On the phone. No way would I ever allow her to watch my daughter.
