I hired Freddy Reymundo Rosales with R&G Home Improvements to replace a roof, fascia, soffit and gutters on one of my properties and to replace a roof on another one of my properties. He started the jobs 3 weeks after he said he would. Then when he showed up, he and his guys would only work partial days. It took them 4 more weeks to get my roofs done. I've hired other guys to replace roofs in the past and they have the whole thing done in a day. But whatever, I figured his work would be outstanding because he seemed to be taking his time. This couldn't have been further from the truth. Within a week, I had soffit and fascia falling off and my roofs were both leaking. I called him and texted him several times over a 3-month period before he finally came out. He got up and tacked the soffit and fascia back on and walked the roof. Then he left. Then about a week later, soffit and fascia started falling off on a different part of the roof. There were no big storms at this time, it just wasn't installed properly. Then it rained, and both of my roofs were still leaking. So, I called and texted him several times over the next several months. He kept saying that he'd come out on such and such day and just never showed up. It's been a year and a half now since he did this work for me and he hasn't answered his phone, returned my calls or replied to my texts or emails in several months. I hired another company to come help me. They got on both roofs and took pictures of the "work" Freddy and his team had done. Absolute trash. They didn't put underlayment under the shingles, they didn't put on drip edge, they didn't put ice & water in any of the valleys, they didn't install any sort of flashing at all, they didn't replace any of the rotted wood that was under the old shingles, and they reused the some old pipe boots and vents. They just tore the old shingles off and started nailing new ones on. And the shingles they installed were crooked and looked like trash. So, I ended up having to have both roofs replaced again by someone else. There were various other projects around the properties that he did as well that were very poor quality, but the roofs were major. He ripped me off for tens of thousands of dollars. Everything he and his crew touched had to be redone by a real contractor. Come to find out, he's not even licensed. He lied to me and told me he was licensed and bonded and insured. He's not licensed or bonded and he's not fully insured. He has a small general liability policy, but he doesn't have workmans comp for his employees. Do Not, under any circumstances, hire this guy or his company.

Unreliable! The owner who comes to give the estimate does great work but it's hard to get ahold of him even after he collects payment and starts a job. They came late and stayed well past dark annoying my neighbors. They left a big mess with beer bottles all over the yard and it took two days after the job was finished for someone to come back and clean up.
