Crepe Shack began as the vision of two cousins, Steve Bera and Petar Konstantinovic. Having grown up in a European family, the cousins were raised with the tradition of making crepes on a regular basis. The two shared an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for food. While in school, they met Andrew Cimino who shared their interests and ambitions. The three partners constructed every aspect of the business, from welding the steel frame of the kiosk to spending countless hours perfecting their recipe. The Crepe Shack vision is to change the standard of limited food service while maintaining respect for the environment, exceptional customer service, and a level of quality that exceeds customer expectations
