Fraudulent criminal. Stole $5400 via a contract to purchase a tax deed. Revenue Department confirmed she never paid for the lot. For 18 months she lied about delays, obstacles, phony clerical errors at the state. The police will have to handle it now - it's a criminal and civil matter.
