Awful. They will take your money and then not show up. We paid a deposit in March with a install date of June 8th. They rescheduled for the 15th and didn't show up. Then they rescheduled for the June 23rd and cancelled. We were rescheduled for the 27th and then they called to say they gave supplies away to another branch (???). Weeks pass and they decide they no longer want the job (seriously). They left us hanging. So now we go to the back of the line with a competitor who if we had booked in back in March, we'd be swimming in our pool by July 4th. Because of Pearls unethical and irresponsible practices, we will be lucky to be in our pool by Labor Day (August 30th spray date with Pebble Tec). Avoid these clowns at all costs! Nightmare.
