I have been corresponding with Kyle Duffy, owner of Liberty Bail Bond in Bettendorf Iowa , since December of 2024. Money was sent to his company by accident through PayPal. PayPal verified the money was sent to his account and the transaction was complete. Kyle Duffy says he does not have a Paypal account. I have asked for his help in getting my money returned . WHY , after 6 months of asking , has he not returned MY Money? PayPal told me to contact him. I did that again recently and he threatened to file an harassment charge against me. Is that what an honest business man does? Keeping money that does not belong to you is an unethical , illegal, and basically a criminal act.
Do you think you should keep my $1,000.00 that you did not earn?
Do the right thing Kyle Duffy. Return My Money.
