What makes us "Elite"? "Elite" In Family Values We value everyone that calls Herritage Elite home, and seeing is believing. The Herritage Elite business is family owned and operated and that makes all the difference in the world. When you walk in our doors for the first time and meet with us, you will see something is different. Its simple, we are a family that cares about people, and it shows. Our best advertising is our residents themselves and their families. "Elite" In Atmosphere When you walk into our complex, you will see a décor that is elegant and pleasing to the eye. Our walls are lined with beautiful pictures; our sitting areas have a fireplace, library, beautiful exterior arbor areas and fountains. It is truly a special place in which you will be proud to call home. "Elite" In Uniqueness We have 31 beautiful suites with sizes to fit everyone’s taste and needs, and our food is delicious. Unlike other communities, we provide 3 home cooked meals per day; 7 days per week, that are served in our elegant dining room. Our desserts are served daily and most are handmade and wonderful. We provide you independence and choices; this is your opportunity to have chore free independent living at your finger tips. "Elite" In Value to You Our rental agreement is month-to-month. We do not require annual leases, and we do not require deposits. Check around and see how many companies are willing to do that…none! We pride ourselves on our service and will put our southern charm up against any retirement community. What you will find is that our monthly rental rates are approximately 25% cheaper than our closest competition in our area, but more importantly, the others do not offer the atmosphere, environment and service that we do. We have found that some people in North Carolina are paying double and triple the monthly rental rates that we charge but get very little in return. We do not have corporate overhead and red tape to deal with, so we pass that savings to you. I do not mean to boast, but we really do have a very special and unique retirement community.
