Unlike other communities, we provide 3 home cooked meals per day; 7 days per week, that are served in our elegant dining room. Our desserts are served daily and most are handmade and wonderful. We provide you independence and choices; this is your opportunity to have chore free independent living at your finger tips. "Elite" In Value to You Our rental agreement is month-to-month. We do not require annual leases, and we do not require deposits. Check around and see how many companies are willing to do that…none! We pride ourselves on our service and will put our southern charm up against any retirement community. What you will find is that our monthly rental rates are approximately 25% cheaper than our closest competition in our area, but more importantly, the others do not offer the atmosphere, environment and service that we do. We have found that some people in North Carolina are paying double and triple the monthly rental rates that we charge but get very little in return. We do not have corporate overhead and red tape to deal with, so we pass that savings to you. I do not mean to boast, but we really do have a very special and unique retirement community.
