My husband and I knew artificial turf was an options that we kicked around for months. After we installed a pool we decided that we wanted a manicured look to finish off our yard. We started gathering information and got 5 estimates. Ideal Turf had the best products especially considering we have two dogs. We researched the reviews and looked at the Better Business Bureau. We agreed on Ideal Turf. Ours was a very small job, so they were able to get us in and done earlier than expected.

Cut corners every step of the way. Said they wouldn’t change the slope of the yard but the first crew they sent out made the slope worse. Then a crew member accused me of saying that’s the way I wanted it. First crew also put down almost no base material. They had to send a new crew to fix everything. A two day job turned into one week. Then they didn’t use enough fill in the turf. They tried to say they used enough but you can see the backing in some spots. Wanted to charge more labor to come fix it. Stay clear.
