DO NOT GET SERVICES DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! I am a teacher and resident of Covington. I called and talked with Gabby to set up an appointment to get a second opinion with our Rheem AC unit having problems cooling. She said that I would have a service fee of $69 and it would include a check of my system and see if the leak was there. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! The technician, who was very nice, said it would be $209 on top of the service fee!!! I said that was not was agreed upon and that I was promised the system check would be included. He called his supervisor and they did not stand by their promise or even try to work with me. I told the tech I would be honorable and keep my side of the bargain, but I felt that I was not done right and should really pay nothing. I said I was going online and giving the company a negative review. Additionally, they couldn't keep the appointment right and canceled me in their system! They sent the tech at the wrong time, canceled me in the system when they tried to come during the wrong time frame, and I had to call the company when they didn't show to find out their mistake. Working with Premiere was a complete debacle and disappointment! The extra cost was never mentioned to me when I explained my entire situation to Gabby or I wouldn't have worked with this company! Save your money and time and go with a different AC company.
