Too many details to share and trust me I have all documentation. He has a pattern apparently of not communicating. A part being on back order is understandable, but keep in communication! At this point I have asked for him to refund my money for the two parts. One that is in my dishwasher not completed the other on back order, And He can keep the service charge, at this point I don’t care. But I’ve been out a lot of money without any results. It’s a small world I have now ran into several people that he’s done the same thing too. This seems to be a definite pattern. I am so disappointed in the way people can treat other people. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS JOE!!!!!! APPARENTLY JOE DOES NOT KNOW.
