I assumed that a leak in my roof was the cause of water entering through the ceiling of the kitchen. The techs/roofers came out, quickly trouble-shoot the problem and identified a leaking vent pipe in the attic. They immediately told me what my actual problem was, which was not the assumed leak in the roof. This is a sure sign of efficiency, integrity and trustworthiness.
