Very disappointing Builder , he keep raising prices ,be careful when sign papers with him , his words is not honest if you terminate contract he take all money , all builder charge $2000-1000 to hold lot he charge $10,000..he dose not build brick homes, he impose what he want,he make all types of delays so raise prices with time , save your money and your energy with another builder
