On 5/26/26, our company shipped one truckload of scrap plastic to Power Plastics under an agreement that payment would be made shortly after pickup. As of 7/31/26, payment for this load remains outstanding. We have contacted the company by phone and email on several occasions without receiving a response. We are requesting prompt communication and payment for the material.
