Joe Grajeda is NOT a licensed contractor, although he claimed he was when we entered the agreement.
Later, after we questioned his work, we revisited that question. He admitted he was not licensed via text message. This was confirmed via the Mississippi State Board of Contractors.
Joe and his wife also refused to tell us the names of the electricians and plumbers they used on the house.
