The client called in and basically wanted to know what was going on with his account. The client called in and basically wanted to know what was going on with his account. He said he got Damone's email and accept manager access. He just wants his business to start showing up on the front page with roadside assistance. I informed the client that his listing is showing up just not as high as his competition. I informed him to work on getting some reviews on his listing. Since business is not so good I will waive the clients January payment. That way the client could work on reviews. The client confirmed that he could get the reviews. I will follow up on February 28 with the client.
