This company was sent out by our home warranty company. They charged an $85 service call just to come out and take a few pictures. The home warranty company refused to cover based on the report from JM. When I called JM to get to the bottom of it, they told me that their report did not say it was not normal wear and tear, and recommended replacement. When the home warranty people called back they gave the opposite story and when I tried to get them on the phone together to see who was telling the truth, the dispatcher, Jay, refused. They were unprofessional, unhelpful and dishonest. I am a professional in the home service industry, and I would never allow one of my techs to treat a customer like this. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

Robert Sanchez (512) 786-9386 Not professional at all. He worked on my ac, and knew what was going on with it but it broke down again not too long after he fixed it. After he repeatedly did not show up as he said he would he just ghosted. Leaving me to find a new tech after 2 weeks of non working ac. If you want someone dependable don't Call Robert Sanchez.
