Warning! Don’t use this unethical mom and son team. Adam came out three times to TRY to fix a problem with my Kenmore fridge. They charged me for a part that didn’t need replacing; the original problem was still there afterward. The woman in the office (Gloria) screamed at me like a banshee when I called her and asked her to refund the $140 for the part I didn’t need. Very unprofessional. Please avoid them at all costs!
