Hello Team I'm reaching out for assistance in locating packages mistakenly delivered to the Navico, San Diego location. We purchased a trolling motor through Lowrancefactory outlet over a month ago, which cost us approximately $4,330, so you can see why we are eager to retrieve our trolling motor back. We are working to return the trolling motor to the correct address so we can fully be reimbursed. We have been working through Christine, who has done a great job with her customer service. It was communicated that we would need to provide the tracking number: 786651088754 (this is the main tracking number attached to the packages) and receipt of purchase (which was provided to Christine). In our last conversation it was communicated that the items would need to be located. I can share that the packages were signed for by IVELASQUEZ on 5/4 and there is another coming to this location on 5/10. Anything you can do to assist us in finding these packages so we can get to the right location would be appreciated. Otherwise we will be out $4330. Please help. Thank you.
