I have only rented from this company and been a resident for 9 days by day 2 we had a roof leak, crystal the supposed to be realtor stated their was no leaking in the home however I saw the ceiling and rest assured on day two we saw water. We moved in and weren't given any keys but we're told to pay for keys, fridge doesn't work,also broken fridge storage areas, damaged walls, home smells horrible, carpet not properly cleaned,blinds damaged, ceiling had so much thumb tacks and decor still hanging on walls and ceiling, tubs dirty, the landscaping was a mess. Nothing was properly done and they sent a guy to do repairs he's nice but I need these issues fixed and he had no idea what to do and it's day 9 and still experiencing trouble. Wendy doesn't answer the phones and the service is horrible I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! They NEVER answer the phone or return calls and when you text they wait hours to get back to you and respond to some of your messages but not all. Red flags immediately, both me and my hubby said we're going to run like hell away from them because they are not reliable at all...too bad the house is nice but management is terrible.

They are horrible with service. Never respond, never take calls. When you text, they don't reply and then you need to text again, but they have no idea who you are anymore. Tried renting 3 of their properties recently, and didn't work out because they don't respond. My recommendation: run away from them and give your business to some other more reliable company.
