I am someone who has been in the automotive industry for over 40 years. I wanted to have a quality windshield installed, so when they Agreed to put a pgw windshield in my vehicle I was happy. However,instead they installed a cheap Chinese windshield without telling me. Then they destroyed my headliner. There are obvious signs of ripping it. Now they refuse to take responsibility for anything and avoid my phone calls and stop returning texts. You can't leave a message because their mailbox is full. I am now stuck repairing my headliner for significantly more than the cost of their poor quality windshield.They are nothing more than brokers hiring incompetent companies and taking no responsibility. Horrible business practices. Don't walk away from this company RUN!!!
