You don't always get what you pay for. This company was the most expensive bid we received to remodel two restrooms and because the representative assured us how easy this would be and how many of these types of jobs they have done in the past with glowing Facebook reviews we assumed we were going with the best. It was a grand sales pitch, honestly if I had a company I would hire this guy to sell the product because he knows exactly what to say to get you to buy in to the BS he is selling. We were told less than four weeks because this is nothing compared to what his crews usually work on. The job started November 3rd and today, January 7th, we have finally given up and decided to cut our losses and hire someone else to fix all of the things we are unhappy with and feel cannot be left as is. He continues to say "we will fix that" or "we've never had an unhappy customer" but he himself has not returned to the job site since late November. I would not recommend hiring this company to my worst enemy. They have continued to disappoint at every turn. When we tell anyone how much we paid for the work people's jaws drop and they can't understand how the cost for two small restrooms could even begin to cost that much since we paid for most of the materials ourselves. Beyond disappointed is all I can possibly say. Of course the salesman says he's willing to come back and make it right so we are happy but each time they return we are left with a new problem to fix. I have spent more time cleaning up or fixing mistakes that the crew has made that at this point I truly with no construction experience feel I could have done a better job if I did it myself. Please buyer beware because I don't know how we weren't able to find negative reviews online prior to hiring this company but we couldn't. If we had any clue how horrible this experience would have been we would have left the bathrooms the way they were and would gladly take the 1950's restrooms in a heartbeat versus what we were left with. The amount of stress, drama, and negativity that this company and this renovation has caused us is clearly a first world problem but I only wish I had been able to read a similar review as to what I am posting before I hired them for our project. I assure you I would have changed my choice in contractor if I knew even one person had suffered such a nightmare project since the cost was twice most of the estimates we received.
