great company to have level your home. they were respectful left little to no mess and made sure I was happy with the end result!

My experience with Chris Estes was horrific! I am a disabled senior citizen and was told my home needed to be leveled it did NOT. I borrowed $1578 to hire Top Notch Mobile Home Services of Fort Worth, I am still paying this back $100 a month and the un necessary changes to my home have cosmetically ruined and destroyed it. My home was already set on concrete footers and level, so the changes they made put my double wide in so much stress and binded it to ruin. They caused the union of the two halves to separate, and splintered ALL the cabinets leaving doors hanging off, damaged the roof line,warped the window frames,split every factory seam in the carpet,every step in every room floor now squeaks,moldings and sheet rock are damaged in every room, wall paper now pealing off ruined front door jam, metal roof line damaged crooked and seams separating and this is the short list. Please do not hire the SCAM artist Chris Estes without coming out and seeing what his crew and Wreck it Rob did to my home and see my complaints on Facebook, Better Business Bureau,Yelp, Angie's List, and Birdseye. I pray this never happens to anyone else's home. God Bless
