Subcontracted a job to Josh based on guaranteed lowest price. When invoices were received he claimed a wood dumpster weighed twice as much as a block dumpster and fees were more than double of what was quoted. Received a call from current contractor on my job that Josh texted him several times to contact him before calling him. Was informed that Josh is slandering and making false claims against the homeowner for not paying outlandish bills that had already paid by myself. Josh is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Do NOT recommend EVER.

Would give negative stars if it were possible. Low-balls bids then charges double on his invoice after refusing to inform of costs. If you dispute, then he contacts any other contractors working for you that he can find and SLANDERS you. When in court backs down like a scared child due to false information and lack of evidence. Absolutely would go with ANYBODY other than Josh.
