Tupperware ships direct to you from the factory. Warranty items for broken, cracked, peeled, or chipped pieces are covered and always free as long as it's still being produced. Shipping costs will apply. Melted product is not covered under warranty. If the item is no longer made, you will get a credit which can be applied towards your next order. Credit cannot be used towards shipping costs only.
