Working with sellers and marketing a property to get my clients the most for their home is the game. Having a system in place where most of my marketing is automated, a major reason I'm with Re/Max. Having a dependable team is also key. My professional contacts take years to build to where things run smoothly. With buyers I'm happy to say I know most of the other brokers in town so I tend to get my client the info they need to lock down the house they want to buy. Again, networking and knowing colleagues can be the difference for a buyer getting the house or not. Knowing the business inside and out comes with experience.
