I ordered Apple airpods. Only in very small print at bottom of 4th page of product description does it say refurbished - which I missed because I didn't have my magnifying glass handy. I asked for a refund. Their policy is store credit only, so I told them I would dispute the charge with my CC company. They then sent me 3 very threatening emails, promising civil and criminal litigation, bill collector involvement, $350 charge, damaged credit rating, etc. With a legal-istic response like this, it is obvious that they have numerous complaints. I have never seen such an aggressive, litigious response from a retailer. I strongly advise avoiding them.

Good site. They seem to focus mostly on iphone things which is what we use, so thats why we shopped there recently after seeing their ad. We got free shipping on the airpods so that was good plus it did come in a reasonable amount of time considering the covid is ruining deliveries even on amazon. The earphones work great the sound is awesome. We would shop with them again in the future if we needed any iphone accessories and already sent a few other people to them.

We placed an order and it got sent the same day. That's really good service. They put the customers first for sure, we tested their service (not that we wanted to but we needed to) because we had some tech issues they had to sort out for us so we can get our earphones working. They worked with us over 3 days and made sure that we had it working perfect and paired with our phones. The extra service we got was more valuable to us than the order.
