Grassroots Deli at Continuum supports Continuum of Care’s work toward rebuilding lives. Continuum of Care is a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to enable people who are challenged with mental illnesses, intellectual disabilities, and/or struggling with addiction to rebuild a meaningful life and thrive in the community. Continuum helps more than 2,000 individuals each year. When you eat at Grassroots Deli, you are supporting this important cause.
