If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would... Im not quite sure how these people even gave close to 5 stars because this was the WORST cleaning service I've ever hired. I had to tell them multiple times to re-vaccuum carpets, they left dirt in most places all over the floor and their excuse was "when I walked inside I let dirt in" and then she asked me "do you want me to clean it?" at the end of the service, I had to reclean the whole house myself because that's how bad it was. They also tried leaving my house without cleaning one of the bedrooms, and when I walked in the room she "cleaned" there was dust still all over, they didn't dust the fan, they didn't vacuum the carpets, they didn't even bother to move items on the desk to dust underneath, leaving clumps of dust still on the dressers. The bathrooms didn't even smell like bleach after they were done "cleaning" there's soap scum still on the glass doors in the shower, and there was a still a yellow scum left in the showers. Not to mention, when they were mopping they were using DIRTY pads that haven't even been washed before, which was leaving a nasty streak all on my kitchen floors. These women were super un-preprepared, where I even had to give them my own cleaning products because they didn't have any. The products that they did have, was the cheap cleaning products that you would find at a dollar store. I truly believe these women are scammers because the address on google isn't even their building, its a random house in Smithfield. When I called and left messages demanding a refund, I believe they blocked my phone number. NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
