Bill Renshaw was a nightmare to work with. On the rare occasion you got in contact with him he was full of excuses for why he didn't show up or didn't get back to you. It took an entire summer for a project that should have taken a week max and it's still not finished. We paid him in full before the project was completed and haven't seen him since. He blocked our numbers as well. Do not hire Bill. Even if your project is small, it's not worth it. If you have already hired him, DO NOT pay him in full untill ALL the work is done to the level you want. He will not come back and fix/finish the work. He lies.
