I do NOT recommend this vendor. Biggest regret of my life is hiring Brandon - gave him biggest project of his life and he did not deliver. Project was started Oct 2019 and its still not complete - $32K project. According to Brandon, getting final city approval is not in scope of contract. Will be taking legal actions against him. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL VENDOR! HE WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB AND WILL NEVER HONOR HIS WARRANTY! Will post evidence to support this review! DO NOT MAKE FINAL PAYMENT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE FINAL CITY APPROVAL - ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE, YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM AGAIN! PAID $31,600 already for this project (labor and material). Was holding $400 payment to be made after I receive final approval - Agreement was 3 equal payments ( $3k at start, $3k mid project and $3k at end) but according to Brandon, I didn't pay him full amount. If I can pay $31,600 for a project, I can also afford to pay last $400 - but his non ethical business practices doesn't understand that.
